BreakingPoint Announces Support for Microsoft Exchange Protocol MAPI...

I think this is a great addition to the suite of items BreakingPoint covers. This is one of the more complicated ones to test and deal with, so I'd be interested to hear from folks who have used it, or other tools that can test this as well.

I've read before about some Microsoft tools that will help scale your Exchange deployment, and have some sort of MAPI tester, but they are pretty slow.

I don't know of any other test vendor that has this capability yet. Should be interesting to play with!

Hey Steve, thanks for sharing the news with folks, we definitely think the MAPI protocol is an important one and had heard it from a lot of folks. I've actually been polling some people about protocols the past few weeks, outside of our walls, to see what is critical that we don't have, obviously would love to hear from anyone out there on the ones you are looking for in your testing.

It would be great, if you feel comfortable, if you could share what other folks are looking for. A new thread on that here would be a perfect topic to start gathering other folks opinions as well...
